Something feels stuck or locked?

You are never permanently locked out. Two ways out, both immediate:

  1. Open TuneLock and tap Emergency Release at the bottom of the main screen. Confirm, and every lock clears at once.
  2. Turn off TuneLock's Screen Time access in Settings → Screen Time → TuneLock. This clears every restriction immediately, from outside the app, no matter what's happening inside it.

Common questions

Why didn't my practice session count?
TuneLock only counts active playing time — when the room goes quiet, the timer pauses. Make sure you're playing close enough to the microphone for it to pick up sound.

Does the microphone recording get saved anywhere?
No. Practice audio is analysed in the moment and never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

I bought the unlock but it's not showing on a new device.
Open TuneLock, go to the paywall screen, and tap Restore Purchases. This restores any past purchase tied to your Apple ID.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
