Common questions

I subscribed to Pro but it's not showing on a new device.
Open Chordwright, tap the settings gear, and tap Restore Purchases. That restores any past purchase tied to your Apple Account. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I cancel, or change plan?
Tap Manage Subscription in Chordwright's settings, or open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays on until the period you've paid for runs out.

What does the free version include?
The major pack, full playback, every explanation, and up to three saved progressions. Pro adds the other packs, unlimited saves, gap fill and the export features. See the Terms of Use for the plans and prices.

Where do my progressions live?
Entirely on your device. Chordwright has no account and no server, and nothing is uploaded anywhere by the app unless you explicitly export it. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

Chordwright suggested something I don't agree with.
It suggests what common practice usually does, ranked for where you are in the phrase, and every suggestion comes with its reason. It isn't marking your work. Trust your ears over the ranking, and if you think a suggestion is genuinely wrong rather than merely unusual, email me the progression and I'll look at the ruleset.

Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple, not the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
